Shipping & Returns
Ferlin Cow is designed for India-first ecommerce with clear delivery, cancellation, return, and refund expectations.
1. India Shipping
Shipping is available within India. Delivery timelines depend on warehouse processing, courier availability, pincode serviceability, festivals, weather, and address accuracy.
Current standard delivery is calculated by the Saleor delivery method at checkout. Cash on Delivery availability is checked by PIN code and adds a ₹49 handling fee where available.
2. Cash on Delivery
COD orders are payable at delivery. Customers must provide a reachable phone number and accurate delivery address for courier coordination.
Ferlin Cow may hold, cancel, or refuse COD orders when delivery details are incomplete, the PIN code is not serviceable, or repeated delivery refusals are detected.
3. Return Eligibility
Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags, packaging, invoice, and accessories.
Customized, altered, final sale, hygiene-sensitive, and explicitly non-returnable products may not be eligible unless defective or wrongly shipped.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
Wrong, damaged, defective, or missing items should be reported within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the package, product, tags, and invoice.
After validation, Ferlin Cow may offer replacement, exchange, repair, refund, store credit, or another commercially reasonable resolution.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed after return pickup, receipt, inspection, and approval. Expected refund timing is 5 to 7 working days after approval, plus any bank or gateway processing time.
Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method used for the order.
